Leadership is the way a leader influences subordinates to accomplish a mission. Management then, is a set of activities or behaviors performed to accomplish goals, task, or a mission
What are ethics?
Rules, principles, or standards that guide individuals or groups to do the moral or right thing.
What does it mean to be unethical?
Not doing the moral or right thing.
What are norms, values, and beliefs?
Norms- a principle of right action binding upon members of group serving to guide.
Values- an idea about the worth or importance of things, concepts, and people that come form a person’s belief.
Beliefs- an assumption or conviction that a person holds to be true regarding people,
Concepts, or things.
In order to achieve a level of teamwork, a leader must be a:
